- E. CookNot only is prenatal yoga amazing but the classes that Julie offers are so informative! A few months before our baby now was due I attended Express yourself: a Breastfeeding mom’s guide to pumping and it has been one of the best classes I have taken. I left with all my questions answered and so much more. I feel more informed regarding my milk supply from the birth of the baby all the way to preparing to pump and pumping when I return to work. I feel confident and prepared to pump when I return to work! I highly recommend this class to any breastfeeding mom!

- LeeThe Express Yourself Class at Herself Moms was so good! It is packed full of useful information, even if you don’t yet know that it’s useful. I went in knowing that I wanted to breastfeed and came out with my mind blown by how amazing breastfeeding is, I had no idea. I was surprised by how little I actually knew about it. I loved that we got to see different types of pumps - trying to pick one when you’re a first time mom like myself is not easy - and we learned how to correctly operate them. If you have to return to work and want to continue breastfeeding I would highly recommend this class. I even found myself referencing the info packet in the first few weeks postpartum. Seriously, so much great information! Bring a pad and pen because you will want to take notes.

- CrystalI wanted to let you know how awesome the breast pumping class was. My friends were so impressed and it really empowered us moms who are going back to work. Thank you so much !

- BrookeI just wanted to drop you a note to thank you for hosting the Express Yourself class. We took the class a few months before our little girl arrived, knowing that we wouldn’t have much spare time after she was here. It was a huge help to be able to start planning ahead for breastfeeding and pumping. Now that she is a few months old, I am starting to prepare to return to work. As we’ve worked through things like increasing milk supply to get a little reserve in the frig, we have been very glad to have taken the class! We have also referenced back to the information packet several times as it is a great resource. Thanks again!

- Melissa O.This class is phenomenal for mothers worried about the ins and outs of pumping. The Lactation Consultant who teaches the class, Jennifer, is very knowledgeable and I already plan on scheduling a one-on-one consolation with her when my little one comes. She has many different styles and brands of pumps available and shows how to use them. She explains what a day to day pumping/feeding schedule is going to look like if you need to go back to work full time, like I do, and also gives you tips to be effective in both your paid job and your job as a mother. I left the class feeling very enabled and confident that I will be able to return to work, but still provide the best nutrition for my new baby.
